Shipping Policy

RoyalPopKits ships internationally to the countries shown in the country selector at checkout. If your country is not listed, we are not currently able to ship there. New destinations may be added over time.

Shipping is calculated automatically from your delivery country and shown at checkout before payment. Current zones and flat rates:

• European Union (27 member states): $12
• United Kingdom: $15
• United States & Canada: $20
• Rest of the world (eligible countries): $25

Rates are flat per order, not per unit, and apply to the Physical Adapter. Digital products (3D Print File / Commercial Licence) do not incur shipping. RoyalPopKits may adjust rates in the future; the rate displayed at checkout is the rate you pay.

The Physical Adapter is currently sold as a first-batch preorder. Estimated dispatch is within 30 days after production and quality checks. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date — actual dispatch may shift if manufacturing, materials, courier capacity, or customs processing slip.

We will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking (where available) once your unit dispatches.

Once dispatched, typical carrier transit times are:

• European Union: 3–10 business days
• United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
• United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
• Rest of the world: 10–21 business days

These ranges are indicative. Customs processing, courier capacity, or local last-mile delays can extend transit. RoyalPopKits is not the carrier and does not control these delays.

We use commercial international carriers and may select the most suitable service for your destination. Tracking is provided in the shipping confirmation email where the chosen service supports it.

For international orders you are the importer of record. Customs duties, import VAT, GST, sales tax, brokerage fees and local handling charges levied by your destination country are your responsibility and are not included in the price or shipping shown at checkout, unless explicitly stated. If you refuse a parcel or fail to clear customs, RoyalPopKits is not obliged to refund shipping or any non-recoverable customs costs. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Please double-check the shipping address at checkout. RoyalPopKits is not responsible for parcels delayed or lost because of an inaccurate or incomplete address. If you spot an error after ordering, email support@royalpop-kits.com immediately — we can update the address only before dispatch.

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of the parcel to the carrier. We will, of course, help you investigate any parcel reported lost or significantly delayed — see section 7 of the Returns & Refunds Policy.

We do not ship to destinations subject to comprehensive sanctions or trade restrictions, regardless of whether they appear in the country selector. We may cancel and refund any order that we discover targets a restricted destination.
