Physical Adapter orders are first-batch preorder items. Estimated shipping time is within 30 days after production and quality checks. Delivery time may vary depending on destination, carrier performance, and customs processing where applicable.

RoyalPopKits Physical Adapter orders are first-batch preorder items. The final product may differ slightly from renders, photos, or early prototypes if design adjustments are required to improve fitment, durability, comfort, or production quality.

Final fitment will be verified after the official Royal Pop drop, once physical watches are available for testing. If adjustments are required, the adapter geometry may be updated before first-batch orders are produced and shipped.

Physical Adapter orders are expected to ship within 30 days after production and quality checks. Watch and strap are not included.

The 3D Print File (STL) is a digital product. No physical item is shipped. No refunds are issued after the file has been delivered or downloaded. The Personal STL is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. Resale, redistribution, and commercial reproduction are not permitted.

The physical adapter is designed for standard 20mm strap compatibility and ships with multiple fitment sizes — tight, standard, and relaxed. Fitment may vary between watches and straps. Watch and strap are not included.

The RoyalPop Bracelet is in development and is not available for purchase at this time. Adapter customers will receive a purchase link by email when the bracelet drop opens. Bracelet availability, pricing, and timing are not guaranteed and may change.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details never touch RoyalPopKits servers. Order and customer metadata (email, name, shipping address, product selection) are stored to fulfill orders. We do not sell customer data to third parties.
