Fitment Disclaimer

The adapter is an independent aftermarket accessory. It is not an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) part and is not sold, endorsed or supported by the manufacturer of the watch. We have no access to OEM tolerances and cannot guarantee a factory-grade mechanical fit.

Every Physical Adapter order includes multiple fitment sizes:

• Tight — for watches that sit looser in the test print;
• Standard — the reference geometry;
• Relaxed — for watches that feel snug in the test print.

This is intentional: you choose the fit that feels right for your specific unit rather than relying on a single tolerance.

Manufacturing tolerances on consumer watches, especially mass-market models, are not perfectly uniform. Two watches with the same model name may have slightly different case dimensions. Strap thickness, spring-bar diameter and lug width also vary between strap brands. Together this means that the same adapter can feel tighter or looser between two ostensibly identical setups.

The first batch is designed against the publicly known dimensions of the Royal Pop watch and validated against test prints. Final fitment may be re-verified once the watch is broadly available, and we may adjust the geometry before first-batch units ship. By placing a preorder you accept that minor design iteration is part of a first-batch process.

The adapter is offered in two crown variants:

• 12 o'clock — crown at the top of the case;
• 3 o'clock — crown on the side of the case.

Choose the variant that matches your watch. Selecting the wrong variant will result in a non-functional fit; we cannot refund the cost difference for a customer-selected wrong variant.

The adapter is designed for standard 20mm straps. Some padded or unusually shaped straps may still not fit cleanly even on the correct width. RoyalPopKits does not include a strap.

The adapter is 3D-printed in a flexible polymer chosen for fitment and durability under typical wear. It is not metal, is not waterproof beyond splash resistance, and is not intended for use in swimming, showering, sauna, contact sports, or high-impact activity. Heat (for example a hot car dashboard in summer) can soften plastic parts temporarily.

Installation is at the wearer's risk. Do not force the case into the adapter. If it does not slide in with light pressure, switch to a looser fitment size. RoyalPopKits is not responsible for cosmetic marks, scratches or damage caused by aggressive installation or removal.

If you buy the 3D Print File (STL) and print at home, fitment is also affected by your printer, slicer settings, filament brand, layer height, infill, post-processing and ambient temperature. Print a test fitment size first before printing all variants. RoyalPopKits cannot warrant the result of a print made on equipment outside our control.

A perceived "slightly loose" or "slightly tight" feel where another size in the included set fits correctly is not a manufacturing defect. Genuinely defective items (cracked, malformed, mis-printed or shipped wrong) are covered by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
