Returns & Refunds Policy

If you buy as a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another jurisdiction with a statutory right of withdrawal, you may have the right to cancel a distance purchase within a set period (typically 14 days from delivery for physical goods) without giving a reason. Where this right applies, it overrides anything more restrictive in this policy.

You may return a Physical Adapter that is:

• Unused, in original condition and in its original packaging;
• Returned within 14 days of delivery;
• Notified to us first by email at support@royalpop-kits.com with your order number.

We do not accept returns of adapters that have been printed, modified, installed onto a watch, fitted to a strap, or otherwise visibly used. Minor variations in fitment between watches and straps are described in our Fitment Disclaimer and are not on their own grounds for return.

Email support@royalpop-kits.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond with the return address and any specific instructions. Please do not ship items back without contacting us first — unannounced returns may be lost or refused.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective on arrival or shipped in error. We recommend using a tracked service; RoyalPopKits is not responsible for return parcels lost or damaged in transit before they reach us.

Once we receive the return and verify the item is in eligible condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 14 days. The refund covers the product price. Original outbound shipping is refunded only where the statutory right of withdrawal applies and the buyer is a consumer covered by that right; otherwise shipping is non-refundable. Customs duties, import VAT or local taxes paid in your country are not refunded by RoyalPopKits — recovery is made by you directly from your local customs authority.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact support@royalpop-kits.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our cost.

If tracking shows your parcel as undelivered well beyond the expected window, email us. We will open an investigation with the carrier and, where the parcel is confirmed lost, arrange a replacement or refund.

The 3D Print File (STL) is a digital preorder. STL files are currently prepared manually to match the selected crown version and are delivered by email within 5 business days after purchase. By placing a digital order you expressly request performance of the digital service and acknowledge that, once the STL has been delivered by email, your statutory right of withdrawal (where applicable) is extinguished. Digital STL purchases are non-refundable once the file has been delivered by email, except where required by applicable law.

A Commercial STL License is non-refundable once the licence code has been issued, except where required by mandatory law.

The bracelet is not currently sold. No payment is taken in advance and there is nothing to refund.

You may cancel a Physical Adapter preorder for a full refund at any time before production begins for your unit. Once production has started, cancellation is no longer guaranteed; if you still want to cancel, contact us and we will do what we can. After dispatch, the return rules in section 2 apply.
